1.5 hour class introducing you mobility, bodyweight and kettlebell essentials. Each week will progress from the last and will develop your kettlebell knowledge and understanding. Workouts are individual and will compliment all abilities. Completeing the 5 week block makes the public classes available to you.

1 - 1.5 hour of challenging, committed, purposeful kettlebell training with combat athletic influence and bag/pad work.
To attend any Kettlebell Aberdeen class, you have to complete the Compulsory Kettlebell Training workshop or the 5 week beginners block. Public classes are not restricted to Transition/Exel members.
