at Garioch Sports Centre, Inverurie.

This 3 hour workshop is dedicated to discovering and drilling the fundamental kettlebell exercises correctly and safely. Once completed this CKT, you can attend the Kettlebell Aberdeen classes or create individual goal-driven workouts.

The session starts with Mobility basics - development of your mobility is key to kettlebell training! Then we show you how to shift your weight about in Bodyweight arrangements - more than just push ups and sit ups, guaranteed! "Thanks for a great session today. Your instruction was excellent and I now feel ready to put things into practice. The stretching/mobility and body weight exercises were great fun." Stephen Reed.

"Well spank me with a haddock and call me Susan, these kettlebell things are awesome. The workshop is designed to introduce you to the workouts and some basic movements and mobility drills. I was clenching muscles I didn't know were there. It's hard work, to be honest I wasn't expecting to be as knackered as I was! Looking forward to seeing the results in 3-4 months time and how this affects my other training. If you have not tried Kettlebells before, I can highly recommend it and if you are in the Aberdeen area then get onto Rays blog and get signed up." Stuart Mundy

"The time and effort you have put in has definitely paid off and I cant wait to develop under your instruction. This is a great workout for women, as it works all the muscle groups with out building bulk, just strength, tone and fitness, bring on the next class!" Carolyn Ewen
