Private Lessons

Private Lessons are available with Patrick Davies at £70 per hour. Small Group Rates are also available.

Topics covered range from Muay Thai, Combat Submission Wrestling, Kali (weaponry or empty hand), Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do, Silat, JKD Grappling to Self Defence.

Patrick Davies has taught Security personnel from Police Officers to nightclub stewards in self defence and weapon awareness. He has taught Womens Self Defence to many Women’s groups.

Courses are available for any business that has concerns that their staff may be at risk.

Seminar Hosting

Pat Davies can teach a number of arts as required. He can provide you and your students with a concise methodology on how to train to maximise the returns from your efforts. JKD, FMA, Grappling, Muay Thai.

Pat Davies has taught in the UK and in Europe.

The cost of a 3 to 4 hour seminar in the UK is £250 per day, plus all expenses (travelling costs, accommodation, meals).

Community Work

Pat also does a lot of small courses for local youth groups, Drugs Action groups, school groups etc. Most of this work is done for free depending on the circumstances
