Getting Started AT AMAGPHASE 1 CLASSESTuesday 8.15pm, Wednesday 7.15pm and Saturday noon Welcome! The first step can be the hardest, and you have already taken it. In this programme, you can become acquainted with the fundementals at the AMAG, which will stand you in good stead for the rest of your training. It's you who have chosen to change your life by getting fitter, becoming more assertive or maybe to stop being bullied. There are others just like you who are in the same class, the same journey so you are NOT alone! After a period of time, approximately 3 months, you can test and then enter the other classes! This has proven to be the best method for the starting student or even students coming from other arts. After so many years of teaching and producing TOP quality students, you can trust AMAG knows what it's doing!
