SOFT AS SILK HARD AS A DIAMOND!A healthy part of the membership are the AMAG Grrls.
Thursday currently sees a Womens Kickboxing Class! This class is taught by women and is for all skill levels. Women participate in all the arts from JKD, Muay Thai though to the grappling.
Although our Womens Kickboxing program is done to music like an aerobics class, that's where the similarity stops. There are no aerobics bunnies in our gym. Real Martial Artists lead you through easy-to-learn kickboxing skills which provide the workout while you release your frustrations on our punching and kicking bags and pads.
Either as a whole new workout program or a cross-training addition to your current fitness plan, you should check it out... it's a BLAST! Here is what actual students and parents have to say about our Womens Kickboxing programme... When I was first looking for a fitness program I tried a couple of other clubs in our community. It was then that I called AMAG. I started with Phase 1 and the Womens Kickboxing and loved it! The club has a great atmosphere and the program allows each participant to go at his/her own level and pace. Now I cross-train and participate in Muay Thai classes too, enjoying as many programmes as possible. Mandy I would like to take this opportunity to state my utmost pleasure with AMAG and all of the staff for their consistent dedication to achieving great and positive results for all students. |
